黄茹 校长
黄茹校长拥有丰富的中美中文教学经验。她曾在中国从事多年教学工作，来到美国后持续投身中文教育二十余年。
2008年至2013年，黄校长在巴尔的摩郡公立学校教授初中及高中中文；2014年至2025年，她在乔治王子郡公立学校担任中文教师。此外，她还曾在哈维中文学校执教十二年，并在希望中文学校任教八年，积累了丰富的公立学校及社区中文学校教学经验。
黄校长持有马里兰州中文教师资格证书（Maryland Educator Certificate in Chinese），熟悉美国教育体系和学生的学习特点。她善于运用先进的教育理念组织和指导语言教学，并能够结合美国的文化和教育环境，设计适合不同年龄、不同中文水平学生的课程。她普通话发音标准清晰，能够胜任多种类型和不同层次的中文课程教学。
黄校长还成功策划并举办了七届“快乐汉语”夏令营及春令营，为学生创造沉浸式、互动性强且充满乐趣的中文学习体验。多年来，她始终致力于推广中文语言与中华文化，帮助学生培养学习兴趣、提升语言能力，并建立持续学习中文的信心。
Principal Ru Huang
Principal Ru Huang brings extensive experience in Chinese-language education in both China and the United States. After teaching for many years in China, she continued her career in Chinese education in the United States for more than two decades.
From 2008 to 2013, Principal Huang taught Chinese at the middle and high school levels in Baltimore County Public Schools. From 2014 to 2025, she served as a Chinese teacher in Prince George’s County Public Schools. She also taught for 12 years at Howard County Chinese School and for eight years at Hope Chinese School, gaining broad experience in both public-school and community-school settings.
Principal Huang holds a Maryland Educator Certificate in Chinese and has a strong understanding of the U.S. education system and the learning needs of American students. She is skilled at applying effective, student-centered teaching methods and designing courses for learners of different ages and proficiency levels. Her Mandarin pronunciation is clear and standard, and she is qualified to teach a wide range of Chinese-language courses.
She has also successfully organized seven sessions of the “Happy Chinese” summer and spring camps, creating immersive, interactive, and enjoyable learning experiences for students. Throughout her career, Principal Huang has remained dedicated to promoting Chinese language and culture, helping students develop their language skills, build confidence, and cultivate a lasting interest in learning Chinese.
郭恺音 中文教师
郭恺音老师毕业于四川师范大学中文系，具备扎实的中文专业基础，并擅长播音主持、舞台表演及影视语言等领域。
自2016年加入培英中文学校以来，郭老师先后执教学前班、一年级、二年级、三年级、九年级及AP中文课程，积累了丰富的中文教学经验。她还曾担任学校活动节目主持人及表演班教师，将语言教学与舞台表达巧妙结合，帮助学生提升中文能力、自信心和表达能力。
郭老师熟悉不同年龄阶段学生的学习特点和心理需求，善于根据学生的年龄、兴趣及中文水平因材施教。她的课堂生动活泼、互动性强，能够充分调动学生的学习积极性，让孩子们在轻松愉快的氛围中感受中文学习的乐趣，深受学生和家长的喜爱与认可。
Ms. Kaiyin Guo graduated from the Department of Chinese Language and Literature at Sichuan Normal University. She has a strong academic foundation in Chinese language and literature and is also skilled in broadcasting and hosting, stage performance, and language for film and television.
Since joining Peiying Chinese School in 2016, Ms. Guo has taught kindergarten, first grade, second grade, third grade, ninth grade, and AP Chinese. Her broad teaching experience has given her a deep understanding of students at different ages and proficiency levels. She has also served as a host for school programs and as an instructor for performance classes, skillfully combining language instruction with public speaking and stage expression to help students strengthen their Chinese skills, confidence, and communication abilities.
Ms. Guo understands the learning styles and developmental needs of students at different ages and tailors her instruction to each student’s interests, abilities, and Chinese proficiency. Her classes are lively, interactive, and engaging, creating a positive environment in which students can enjoy learning Chinese. She is highly regarded by both students and parents.
Ms. Guo has also served as a program host for Peiying Chinese School and as an instructor for its performance classes. She understands the learning characteristics and developmental needs of students at different ages and is skilled at adapting her teaching to each student’s age and Chinese proficiency. Ms. Yanhong Song graduated from Hunan University of Commerce and has many years of experience teaching Chinese. With a strong passion for education and a deep sense of responsibility, she is committed to creating a relaxed, enjoyable, and engaging learning environment for her students.
In the classroom, Ms. Song emphasizes interaction and encouragement. She inspires children to express themselves confidently and communicate actively, helping them discover the joy of learning Chinese while gradually developing their language skills and interest in the subject. Patient and attentive, she understands and supports each student’s individual needs. Through positive guidance and encouragement, she helps children build confidence, reach their potential, and enjoy the learning process.
Ms. Song is highly respected and appreciated by both students and parents for her dedication, warmth, and engaging teaching style. One hundred percent of the students in her class re-enrolled for the following school year, reflecting the strong trust and recognition she has earned from families.

高霞 中文教师
高霞老师毕业于北京语言文化大学，后获马萨诸塞州立大学硕士学位。
高老师深耕中文语言与文化教学二十余年，在课堂教学、课程设计及跨文化教育方面拥有丰富经验。她曾任教于多所美国公立学校，并先后在韦顿学院、麦克丹尼尔学院和马里兰大学担任中文讲师。2025年暑期，她在马里兰大学开设并教授高级中文课程，以扎实的专业素养和生动的教学方式深受学生欢迎。
此外，高老师还曾担任天主教私立女子高中中文教师，并先后执教于马萨诸塞州社区中文学校、马里兰希望中文学校和培英中文学校。多年来，她始终致力于中文语言与中华文化的传播，注重根据不同年龄和语言水平的学生设计课程，帮助学生提升中文能力、加深文化理解，并建立学习中文的兴趣与信心。
除教学之外，高老师还长期从事文学创作。她于2014年加入北美华文作家协会华盛顿分会并担任副会长。自2017年起，她陆续在《世界日报》等主流中文媒体和平台发表散文、游记及纪实作品，文字细腻真挚，富有生活感悟与人文情怀。
Ms. Xia Gao
Ms. Xia Gao graduated from Beijing Language and Culture University and later earned a master’s degree from the University of Massachusetts.
With more than twenty years of experience teaching Chinese language and culture, Ms. Gao has extensive expertise in classroom instruction, curriculum development, and cross-cultural education. She has taught at several U.S. public schools and has served as a Chinese lecturer at Wheaton College, McDaniel College, and the University of Maryland. In the summer of 2025, she developed and taught an advanced Chinese course at the University of Maryland, where she was highly regarded by her students.
Ms. Gao has also taught Chinese at a private Catholic girls’ high school and at several community Chinese schools, including a Massachusetts community Chinese school, Hope Chinese School in Maryland, and Peiying Chinese School. Throughout her career, she has remained dedicated to promoting Chinese language and culture. She designs instruction for students of different ages and proficiency levels, helping them strengthen their language skills, deepen their cultural understanding, and build confidence and enthusiasm for learning Chinese.
In addition to teaching, Ms. Gao is an accomplished writer. She joined the Washington, D.C. chapter of the Chinese Writers Association of North America in 2014 and has served as its vice president. Since 2017, her essays, travel writing, and nonfiction works have appeared in major Chinese-language publications, including the World Journal. Her writing is known for its sincerity, sensitivity, and thoughtful reflections on life and culture.
朴蕊（Raye）双语班教师
朴蕊老师出生于北京，拥有十年中文及英文教学经验，并获得三个硕士学位，包括工商管理硕士（MBA），以及北亚利桑那大学（NAU）和马里兰圣母大学（NDMU）的教育相关硕士学位。
朴老师目前在华盛顿育英公立特许学校（Washington Yu Ying Public Charter School）担任全职中文及特殊教育教师，拥有两年美国公立学校全职教学经验，曾为一至五年级学生提供课堂教学与学习支持。她在美国教师资格考试 Praxis 中文（普通话）世界语言科目中取得194分的优异成绩，满分为200分，展现了扎实的中文语言能力和专业教学素养。

Ms. Raye Rui Piao, Bilingual Program Teacher
Born in Beijing, Ms. Raye Rui Piao has ten years of experience teaching both Chinese and English. She holds three master’s degrees, including an MBA and graduate degrees in education from Northern Arizona University and Notre Dame of Maryland University.
Ms. Piao currently serves as a full-time Chinese and special education teacher at Washington Yu Ying Public Charter School. She has two years of full-time teaching experience in U.S. public schools and has supported students in grades 1 through 5. She earned an outstanding score of 194 out of 200 on the Praxis Chinese (Mandarin) World Language exam, demonstrating exceptional language proficiency and strong professional qualifications.
With a deep understanding of both Chinese and American educational approaches, Ms. Piao skillfully incorporates bilingual instruction and multicultural perspectives into her classroom. She is exceptionally patient, attentive to each student’s individual needs, and committed to creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Zhang Hongqin

Ms. Mi graduated from Beijing Foreign Affair University. She has four years of middle school management and teaching experience in China and two years teaching experience at Virginia Peninsula Chinese School. She is enthusiastic in teaching and really enjoys educating young students. She is good at communicating with kids and making learning process enjoyable. She promotes active learning by discussions and questions. The students’ needs and satisfaction are her ultimate goal and root of happiness. Graduated from the University of South Australia with a master’s degree in Teaching. Taught Chinese as a second language for several years in Australia and holds a Registered Teaching Certificate of South Australia. Worked as a Chinese teacher at a public elementary school (where most students were from Asian background families) and in a public high school. Also taught Chinese at a local Chinese School and tutored Chinese for several years. Very good at using various teaching materials, tools and games to help enhance language learning. Through many years teaching experience, I believe the main purpose of language teaching is to provide an authentic learning experience to meet diverse learners’ cognitive, emotional and social needs.

Ms. Shen Lanxin :

Ms. Yuegui Lin
Chinese, Chinese Folk Vocal Music, and Clay Modeling Instructor
Ms. Yuegui Lin is an early-childhood education specialist from mainland China. She also has extensive experience and accomplishments in Chinese folk singing, children’s vocal instruction, and art education.
Her original composition, Children’s Sports March, has been adopted by many schools across China. Earlier in her career, she wrote and directed the children’s puppet show The Disobedient Little Rooster, which was broadcast on China Central Television as an educational program for children.
Ms. Lin has also received numerous awards in teachers’ art competitions for her meticulous-style Chinese paintings and clay sculptures. Her Chinese painting Happy Children and clay sculpture The Eight Immortals Crossing the Sea both received first prizes in provincial-level teachers’ art competitions.
In music education, Ms. Lin has devoted herself to developing effective methods for teaching Chinese folk vocal music to children. Based on children’s physical and developmental characteristics, she uses vivid, engaging, and easy-to-understand teaching methods. Her students learn fundamental music knowledge and singing techniques in a relaxed, joyful, and natural environment, enabling them to develop strong musical awareness and skills in a relatively short period of time.
In art education, Ms. Lin uses clay modeling to cultivate children’s imagination, creativity, concentration, and hands-on abilities while teaching them the fundamental techniques of clay sculpture.

One of China’s most renowned food-carving artists, he has ranked at the top of China’s food-carving industry for many consecutive years. He is a national-level judge, a skills competition referee, and chief judge of the Food Carving Expert Committee. He is widely known as the “No. 1 Dragon Carver in Chinese Food Art.”
A versatile artist, he is skilled in sketch design, drawing, and oil painting. His carving expertise covers a wide range of materials and techniques, including radishes, pumpkins, watermelons, foam, clay, and oil-based sculpture. His exceptional craftsmanship has earned him international recognition.
Mr. Zhao has a deep understanding of teaching methods for young children and emphasizes a combination of instruction and hands-on practice. Through the course, students will progress from two-dimensional drawing to three-dimensional relief carving, then to knife-cut radish flowers, and finally to independently completing a full set of simple culinary tasks.
侯纲
曾在江苏电视台任新闻主播、综艺节目主持人和导演。1989年获得江苏省新闻节目主持一等奖。侯纲长期在大华府地区各种华人活动中担任主持人，从赈灾义演到华府各种社团晚会；从中文学校春晚到大陆文艺团体来华府地区演出；从撰写主持词、编写小品到登台主持节目，表演小品、话剧。侯纲尽心尽责，任劳任怨，在给观众带来欢乐的同时，也深得同行的好评。他教授的电视节目主持人培训班，培养出很多优秀人才，更赢得了华人社区的赞誉，每期课程报名火爆。
Mr. Hou Gang
Was the anchor, host of variety show, director in Jiangsu TV. He was awarded the first prize for Jiangsu news program host in 1989. Mr. Hou has hosted various programs for Chinese American in Washington D.C. area, including fund raising performances, society parties, spring festival galas for Chinese schools, theatre troupe performances from China. He is adept not only in writing host words, scripts for opuscula, but also in hosting various programs, performing opuscula and dramas. He is willingly bear the burden of hard works and has a strong sense of conscientiousness. Therefore, he continually brings happiness to spectators, as well as enjoys good reputation form his peer.
梁瑞莲
管理学硕士，曾任中国某合资企业总经理，美国公立小学助教。教学经验丰富，对幼少儿教学有着自己独到的认知，善于运用中、美文化相结合的教学理念。为人真诚、正直、责任心强。喜欢孩子、热爱儿童教学、育人工作。
Liang Ruilian
She holds a master’s degree in management and previously served as the general manager of a joint-venture company in China and as a teaching assistant at a U.S. public elementary school.
With extensive teaching experience, she has developed her own distinctive approach to early-childhood education and is skilled at integrating Chinese and American cultures into her teaching philosophy and methods. She is sincere, honest, responsible, and deeply committed to working with children. She enjoys being around children and is passionate about teaching, nurturing, and supporting their development.
